1. All Sales Are Final (No Refunds)

Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access to downloadable assets, we enforce a strict NO REFUND policy. Once a purchase is completed and the digital asset is made available for download or the license key is generated in your My Vault dashboard, the transaction is considered final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any digital products, including but not limited to WordPress themes, plugins, custom APIs, or SaaS subscriptions.

2. Instant Delivery & Waiver of Rights

By completing your purchase on our website, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content. You acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to a refund or withdrawal (including the 14-day cooling-off period under EU/UK consumer laws) once the download link or license key has been provided to you.

4. Technical Support Commitment

While we do not issue refunds, we are fully committed to ensuring your digital assets function as advertised. If you encounter a critical bug or technical issue:

Submit a detailed support ticket via your Aibox Vault.
Our engineering team will investigate and provide a fix, patch, or workaround within our standard response timeframe.
Inability to configure the product due to third-party conflicts, server limitations, or lack of technical knowledge does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Unauthorized Chargebacks & Disputes

We take fraud and intellectual property theft very seriously. If you file an unauthorized chargeback or dispute with your credit card company, PayPal, or Stripe after receiving the digital goods:

Your AIBOX account will be permanently banned.
All active License Keys associated with your account will be immediately revoked and remotely deactivated via our Anti-Piracy DRM API.
We will submit logs of your IP address, download timestamps, and license activation history to the payment gateway to contest the dispute.
